100 DAY RETURNS
You have 100 days from the date of your order to get your item back to us!
If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it.
We do not offer exchanges, but if you receive any clothing items that you are unhappy with, you may return the unworn and unused item in a resalable condition, determined by the discretion of 3RD ROCK within 100 days of receiving it and we will offer you 110% store credit (read below) or a full refund for the purchase price of the item via the method of original payment.
- We cannot accept any returns after 100 days of purchase.
- The purchase price for a return or 110% store credit does not include any delivery and shipping costs.
- All items returned to us must be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed. We will not be able to accept any items for return which are not in the original condition.
- Please note that on-sale items cannot be returned for a refund, only for store credit (unless they are faulty).
You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as 3RD ROCK is not liable for any items lost in the post.
110% Store Credit
If you wish to return an item for store credit instead of a refund, you will be given a store credit of 110% of the purchase value of the returned item to be put towards your next order.
For example, if you return a pair of trousers that you originally paid £69.99 for, you will receive a voucher with the value of £76.99 to spend in one transaction.
You will have 28 days to use this credit note and the 110% must be used in one order. It is not possible to spread the value across multiple transactions.
Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and additional standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.
