Shipping & Returns
Please note that our internet orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK.
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, but as your items are hand-picked by our team, at busy times and holidays it may take us longer to dispatch. Average time is 1-3 working days. We appreciate your patience.
UK orders usually take around 4 - 6 working days from dispatch to arrive. Bank Holidays are not included in working days.
International orders may take up to 10 -15 working days from dispatch to arrive.
If you have special circumstances under which you would like to request a faster shipping method to be used, please contact us directly and we can try and arrange this for you at a higher shipping cost at your expense.
Please take a good look at our size chart before you order to ensure your clothing items will fit you well as returns costs money and harm the environment with CO2 in return transportation. If you have any questions regarding sizes before ordering, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist before purchasing.
If you receive any clothing items that you are unhappy with, you may return the item unworn and unused in a re-sellable condition, decided at the discretion of 3RD ROCK within 30 days of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit or refund for the purchase price of the item. We cannot accept any returns after 30 days of purchase. The purchase price for a return does not include any delivery and shipping costs.
All items returned to us must be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed. We will not be able to accept any items for return which are not in the original condition.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and additional standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.
You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items, as 3RD ROCK is not liable for any items lost in the post.
