Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern our Social media fitness challenge: "Are climbers fit?", hereafter referred to as the "Fitness challenge". This includes its conditions of entry, conditions of withdrawal, and conditions governing allocation of prizes.
1. As of 4th September 2024 by tagging @3rdrockclothing or using the hashtag #ClimbersAreWellFit, you are entered into the fitness challenge.
2. No purchase is necessary to be eligible for entry.
3. The fitness challenge is not open to employees of 3RD ROCK or their immediate family members.
4. Entrants into the fitness challenge will have been deemed to have accepted all accompanying terms and conditions governing the competition.
5. Multiple entries can be made per person.
6. The end-date of the fitness challenge is the 30th September 2024. 3RD ROCK are able to change this at their discretion without the need to notify entrants.
7. Winner selection will be chosen by the 3RD ROCK marketing team.
8. The selected winner is required to respond to 3RD ROCK within 7 calendar days to claim the gift card. Should it go unclaimed, 3RD ROCK reserve the right to pick an alternate winner.
9. You can opt out of the fitness challenge at any point by contacting us at info@my3rdrock.com with the subject line “REMOVE FROM FITNESS COMPETITION” or messaging @3rdrockclothing directly on Instagram.
10. The fitness challenge may be cancelled without warning, at any time, by 3RD ROCK. Any prizes offered are at the sole discretion of the company, and can be changed or withdrawn at any point.
11. The fitness challenge prize shall not be considered to have any monetary value, and as such cannot be returned for refund, or exchanged for other goods. It does not constitute a contract of sale between 3RD ROCK and the selected individual.

12. 3RD ROCK will not be held liable for any injury, death, or distress arising from any climbing, hiking or other outdoor activities attached to the fitness challenge.
13. Where the Prize is provided by a 3rd party, 3RD ROCK cannot be held liable for delays, or failure to fulfill the prize by the relevant 3rd party.
14. 3RD ROCK hold the right to use any photos entered for the fitness challenge using the means outlined in point 1 of these terms and conditions. Credit will be given to the Instagram account that originally uploaded the photo.
