WHERE ARE YOU RETURNING FROM?

RETURN POLICY

100 DAY RETURNS

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase and so if you don’t love it as much as you’d hoped, you can return your items to us within 100 days from the date of your order for either a full refund of an exchange.

 

Products must be in their original condition, unused and unworn. Returned items should be:

  • In their original condition & packaging with tags attached
  • Items must be free from any defined odour (food smells, cigarettes, perfume, deodorant etc.)
  • Items must be free from any marks and stains (food stains, makeup marks, deodorant and fake tan)
  • Faulty items can be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • 3RD ROCK is not responsible for any items bought through our stockists. Please contact the stockist's customer service team directly for issues on returns / exchanges / faults.

 

We take health, safety and hygiene very seriously, as a result of this certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Underwear pants & Socks unless the item is faulty
  • Swimwear bottoms where any hygiene strips are damaged or removed
  • Face and mask coverings

If you choose to send your item back to us, we recommend using registered mail to return items, as 3RD ROCK is not liable for any items lost in the post.

Refunds

  • Once your item is received and inspected we will email you a confirmation of receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • When your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via original method of payment within 10 working days.
  • Bundle returns will be refunded pro rata
  • Refunds on BOGOF promotions require both items to be returned to be eligible for a refund
  • Purchases made using a gift card will always be refunded to the gift card, any outstanding balance will be refunded via original method of payment

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item you can return it to us for a store credit to be used to place a new order for your desired item.

  • When your return is approved, we will email your store credit code to be used within 28 days of the issue date
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs involved in reordering your item
  • We do not include original shipping costs in your store credit code and this is not redeemable against future shipping costs

Return Shipping

  • In the UK we are able to offer a free returns label on orders with an original value of over £80.
  • Orders under £80 can still use a returns label however £4.50 will be deducted from any refund total
  • Exchanges can use a returns label free of charge
  • Returns labels are generated at the completion of a returns form and are issued via email to be printed by you. At this time returns labels can only be used if you have access to a printer
  • You can return items to us using a shipping method of your own choosing, but you will be responsible for the cost involved
  • We do not currently generate return labels for International shipments. Customers are responsible for the returns shipping fees including Duty/VAT/Customs fees
  • 3RD ROCK is not liable for any returns lost in transit
