Location: Ripley, Derbyshire
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (regular, flexible hours in the warehouse)
Start Date: Mid-January 2026
Salary: £15k - 18.5k (hours and experience dependent)

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on physical work and takes pride in high standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
• Receiving, checking, and organising stock deliveries
• Shipping and courier communications
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-structured
• Managing stock levels and updating digital systems
• Using new software confidently to process orders and track inventory
• Supporting general warehouse operations as needed

• Reliable and consistent with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
• Confident with new warehouse and order-management software
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential—training will be provided

⏰ Hours
This is a 20-25-hour per week position (4-5hrs /day) with regular, flexible hours. You’ll work closely with the team to agree on a schedule that suits both you and the business.
