Our (D2C) business has now reached an exciting pinnacle and we are ready to hire a Social & Digital Marketing Manager (legend) to support our next chapter.


This hands-on role would suit someone looking to level-up in their career and be trusted with more responsibility and act as the Marketing Lead. We are a small company: not held back by politics or red tape - we are united by one vision, a love for collaboration and we welcome ideas and creativity on how to improve.


Whilst this key hire will own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, a huge part of the role will be developing and owning our social media prowess; we are ready to come alive on social and we need you to lead us out of our shell.




Digital Marketing


  • Co-create and implement the digital and content marketing strategy in support of the business’s Ecommerce targets and growth plans
  • Own and optimise all digital KPIs in support of the digital marketing strategy
  • Analyse and report on all digital data points, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Create and schedule email campaigns in support of the business’s marketing calendar
  • Monitor and analyse performance of the campaigns, taking action where appropriate
  • Manage the PPC advertising (Google and FB ads), creating, optimising, reporting
  • Creation of any required digital ad formats and assets (banners, links)
  • Launch and run 360° digital campaigns, from ideation activation to reporting.


Social Media Marketing


  • Act as ‘front of house’ across all 3RD ROCK social platforms prioritising Facebook, Instagram (stories, reels) and TikTok; use your confidence to drive 3RD ROCK’s energy and personality to new and existing customers
  • Produce a robust social content plan that is inspiring, energetic, cheeky and accessible for a modern audience. Leave plenty of room for spontaneous and tactical social activity as you see fit - have fun with it!
  • Use your creative flair and quick wit to design impactful assets with clever copy
  • Own community management and the scheduling, publishing and reporting of all social content

Skills and experience required:

Due to the volume of applications, we will only consider applicants who have a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on digital and social marketing experience.


  • You will be creative, energetic and dynamic
  • An interest in fashion and/or fitness and/or adventuring
  • Knowledge of influencer-marketing is advantageous - bring us your ideas!
  • Proficient in one of the following: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva
  • Highly organised and driven with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-starter, someone who can be accountable and show initiative
  • Curious and high-achieving in nature; someone who wants to test, test, test in order to solve and win!

An exciting new opening where you'll be responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, you'll manage processes and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.


The main things you will be doing are:

  • Picking and packing website and wholesale orders
  • Stock management - making sure the stock levels are controlled and our systems accurately represent the true stock levels
  • Returns processing
  • Commercial shipping of bulk production to and from suppliers internationally
  • Operating stock related IT systems

  • BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration - advantage

As the TiKTok channel manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy on that channel in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

Climbing Sales Rep w.EU




An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the creative team at 3RD ROCK as a Sales Representatives for the German, French and Belenlux territory (3 different roles).


In this part-time role you will be in charge of the below main activities:


  • Sales - growing our wholesale channel in the relevant territory and identifying opportunities within the outdoor, activewear and climbing markets.
  • Account management - developing existing relationships with key accounts


Key Responsibilities:


  • Researching and acquiring leads for relevant accounts, agents and distribution channels worldwide
  • Approaching new potential accounts, developing initial relationships and sales
  • Full responsibility for the continual and consistent maintenance of key accounts
  • Dealing with all customer account enquires from the initial call to order processing, right through to invoice stage
  • Production of orders, quotes and confirmations
  • Liaising with stock, logistics and distribution ensuring orders are dispatched in line with service level agreements
  • Organising regular meetings with Retail Buyers to discuss and review intake of Season product
  • Keeping accounts informed of order status and immediately highlighting any delays
  • Account reviews
  • Production of key reports required for senior management team
  • Query resolution


Essential Experience, skills and person specifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Existing business relationships in the outdoor/climbing industry in the the relevant territory
  • Able to understand and empathise with customer needs whilst balancing their needs with that of the Company
  • Demonstrable experience, building professional rapport and maintaining strong relationships with account holders
  • Willingness to travel - you will be meeting with customers regularly
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural commercial drive
  • Good analytical and numeracy skills, including ability to analyse data and draw relevant conclusions
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Passion for sustainability and the outdoors
