WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

 

An exciting new opening - we are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Specialist for our new TikTok channel. As the TiKTok channel manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy on that channel in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

  • Develop, implement and manage our TikTok strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Curate, manage and oversee TikTok content
  • Measure the success of our TikTok channel
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 1-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Previous proven experience and excellent knowledge of TikTok marketing and content creation
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Climbing Sales Rep w.EU

 

***THIS POSITION IS FOR EXPERIENCED SALES REP WITH PROVEN, 2+ YEARS AS A CLIMBING SALES REP***

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the creative team at 3RD ROCK as a Sales Representatives for the German, French and Belenlux territory (3 different roles).

 

In this part-time role you will be in charge of the below main activities:

 

  • Sales - growing our wholesale channel in the relevant territory and identifying opportunities within the outdoor, activewear and climbing markets.
  • Account management - developing existing relationships with key accounts

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Researching and acquiring leads for relevant accounts, agents and distribution channels worldwide
  • Approaching new potential accounts, developing initial relationships and sales
  • Full responsibility for the continual and consistent maintenance of key accounts
  • Dealing with all customer account enquires from the initial call to order processing, right through to invoice stage
  • Production of orders, quotes and confirmations
  • Liaising with stock, logistics and distribution ensuring orders are dispatched in line with service level agreements
  • Organising regular meetings with Retail Buyers to discuss and review intake of Season product
  • Keeping accounts informed of order status and immediately highlighting any delays
  • Account reviews
  • Production of key reports required for senior management team
  • Query resolution

 

Essential Experience, skills and person specifications:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Existing business relationships in the outdoor/climbing industry in the the relevant territory
  • Able to understand and empathise with customer needs whilst balancing their needs with that of the Company
  • Demonstrable experience, building professional rapport and maintaining strong relationships with account holders
  • Willingness to travel - you will be meeting with customers regularly
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural commercial drive
  • Good analytical and numeracy skills, including ability to analyse data and draw relevant conclusions
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Passion for sustainability and the outdoors
